Text Message Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the text message box when you book at sk-glow.com/book-a-tan, you agree to receive recurring appointment text messages (booking confirmations and appointment reminders) from SK Glow LLC. Message frequency varies (usually 3 per booking). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact courtney@sk-glow.com or (208) 840-0635. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation in this program is subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We never send marketing texts.

How you opt in

Texts are optional. On the booking form, you type your phone number, and right under it is a checkbox that starts unchecked. You only get booking texts if you check it yourself. You can book without checking it. This is the live form:

The checkbox reads:

In the studio, a text receipt is only sent after the customer gives their phone number and agrees to get the receipt by text at the register.

What we send

  • A confirmation when your booking is paid
  • Reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment
  • Replies if you text us back
  • A receipt, only if you ask for one by text

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop getting texts. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at courtney@sk-glow.com or (208) 840-0635. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy and terms of service.
